Danmik Power’s mobile generators are mounted to custom built trailers specially designed for transporting our mobile generator sets with maximum safety at highway speeds.
Our mobile generators range from 10KvA to 500kvA and are powered by EPA certified engines. These are complete ready to run generator sets with DOT rated integral tank trailers with overflow breather and baffling.
Standard equipment includes a heavy-duty Voxgen™ canopy with hinged doors, critical grade exhaust silencer, battery, oil, anti-freeze, and full output circuit breaker. The standard analog control panel provides full instrumentation with voltmeter, frequency meter, percent of load meter, oil pressure gauge, hour meter, coolant temperature gauge, fuel level gauge, and battery voltmeter.
All trailers come equipped with a fuel tank built into the trailer, mechanical or air brakes with safety disconnect and 7 wire connector, ALKO or Burquip axle(s), front jockey wheel, two rear stabilizer jacks, lighting, and license plate bracket. Spare wheel is located inside the canopy.

Generator’s Base & Canopy
Canopy: Voxgen™ has been designed with ease of maintenance as the main consideration for the end user. The Hybrid canopy fabricated entirely in-house is constructed out of 1.6mm
mild steel or 3CR12 stainless (coastal spec) and powder coated to ensure the best protection from the weather. All the panels are easily removed to allow access to any part of the unit for maintenance.
Fuel Tank: The base integrated fuel tank is constructed from 3 – 5mm mild steel or 3CR12 (coastal spec) and is fitted with an easily removable inspection cover for maintenance checking and cleaning. The tank is also equipped with VDO fuel level sender unit which can be integrated with all makes of Genset controllers for accurate fuel monitoring. A lockable drain tape is fitted to the base of the tank for fuel drainage and the entire lid of the tank is pitched to a drain hole to double as a drip tray for the engine and to facilitate ease of cleaning the engine compartment. Filling is made easy with a stainless screw lid with sieve and filter combination.
Attenuation: All units are attenuated to 75dba at a distance of 7m; this is achieved by the use of fire-retardant acoustic dampening foam blankets.

Type: Deep Sea 7310 & 7320
Features:
The DSE7310 and DSE7320 are control modules for single gen-set applications. The modules have been developed from the successful DSE5310 and DSE5320 Series and incorporate a number of advanced features to meet the most demanding on-site applications. The DSE7310 is an Automatic Start Control Module and the DSE7320 is an Auto Mains (Utility) Failure Control Module. Both modules have been designed to start and stop diesel and gas generating sets that include electronic and non-electronic engines. The DSE7320 includes the additional capability of being able to monitor a mains (utility) supply. Both modules include USB, RS232 and RS485 ports as well as dedicated DSENet® terminals for expansion device connectivity. The modules are simple to operate and feature a user-friendly menu layout for improved clarity. Enhanced features include a real time clock for enhanced event and performance monitoring, ethernet communications for low-cost monitoring, mutual standby (DSE7310 only) to reduce engine wear and tear and preventative maintenance features to detect engine part faults prior to a major problem occurring.

All units are manufactured from either 3CR12 stainless steel or mild steel depending upon the environment; the canopies are designed based on a “modular” concept allowing for easy access for maintenance. After fabrication all panel work including the base is disassembled degreased and epoxy powder coated to customer colour and specification. Pyrosorb fire retardant acoustic dampening material is fastened to the inner wall of the panels to achieve the desired acoustic level. The fuel tank is integrated into the duplex base and is capable of carrying fuel for 12 operating hours for the specific size unit up to a maximum of 1000 Liters. The lid of the tank is fabricated into a “v” shape and sloped to the rear of the enclosure to act as drip tray beneath the engine and is regulated with a stop gok valve. The base of the unit is designed upon the modular concept and will not deform when lifted.

All panels are manufactured in-house and tailored to suite the end user, full mains failure panels utilizing either deep sea electronics are manufactured within IP legislated housings completed with motorized or mechanically and electronically interlocked contactors.
